1. General introduction:
The cold storage was built in Vinh Long province, serving the needs of storing and preserving yogurt and dumplings in suitable temperature conditions, to ensure product quality throughout the preservation and distribution process. The warehouse is designed with two independent cold compartments, capable of operating separately according to each temperature range suitable for the characteristics of each type of product.

2. Purpose of use:
Compartment 1: Preserves yogurt, ensuring the quality of live yeast, viscosity and fresh flavor.

Compartment 2: Preserves steamed and frozen dumplings, maintaining softness, aroma, without separation or hardening.

3. Size and specifications:
Total cold storage area: ~120 m²

Average height: 4 – 5 meters

Wall structure: 100mm thick insulated PU panel

Door system: Specialized cold storage door, good insulation, with temperature sensor and fully sealed mechanism

Warehouse floor: Insulated floor, anti-slip coating, easy to clean

4. Compartment structure:
Compartment 1 – Yogurt storage:
Required temperature: 2°C to 6°C

Storage capacity: about 30m³

Features: Stable temperature retention, good ventilation, avoid condensation and damage to milk yeast.

Compartment 2 – Dumpling storage:
Required temperature: -18°C to -22°C

Storage capacity: about 40m³

Features: Deep freezing system helps products maintain their original quality and not deform.

5. Refrigeration system:
Compressor: Industrial type, Bitzer brand or equivalent

Capacity: Meets the correct cooling load for each compartment

Evaporator: Separate for each compartment, with automatic temperature sensor

Electrical and control system: Central control cabinet with temperature indicators, fault warning

Power source: Backup generator to ensure continuous operation

6. Hygiene and safety standards:
The warehouse is built and operated according to food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP/GMP)

There is a regular cleaning schedule and a temperature monitoring book for each compartment

Personnel are trained in cold storage operation skills
